As a Certified Paediatric Sleep Coach and a mum of three, I know first hand how tough it can be to get your child to sleep.
I’ve experienced severe sleep deprivation, especially with my youngest.
I spent hours each day trying to settle a crying baby who later became a screaming toddler, feeling completely helpless when nothing seemed to work.
